With our writing groups we can help with ways of expressing yourself before it gets too much. We can support with practical writing, helping you craft cv’s and also discuss poetry and communication.

At Just we believe that writing about difficult thoughts or emotions can help you process them, leading to reduced stress and anxiety. Writing allows you to explore your own emotions and thoughts, increasing self-awareness and helping you understand yourself better.

Expressing your feelings through writing can make them easier to regulate and control.
