As Head of Quality, Education and Psychological Practice, you’ll shape the standards that define our work. You’ll embed psychologically informed practice, promote wellbeing, and lead our organisation-wide approach to learning, reflection and development.
You’ll:
Establish and maintain quality standards across our services.
Develop and implement a psychologically informed framework for practice.
Co-produce strategies with staff, service users, and partners based on trauma-informed and relational principles.
Lead education and training for staff, students, and service users.
Maintain strong partnerships with statutory, voluntary, and education providers.
Champion equality, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all services.

Head of Quality, Education and Psychological Practice

As a Clinical Psychologist, you’ll provide specialist psychological support across our supported accommodation services for adults with complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse. You’ll help shape trauma-informed, relationally secure environments where every individual can move towards greater independence and wellbeing.
You’ll:Deliver specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to design and review care plans.
Co-produce psychologically informed strategies with service users and staff.
Provide clinical supervision, reflective practice, and training to trainee and qualified staff.
Lead on embedding trauma-informed principles and psychological understanding into everyday practice.
Contribute to quality improvement, service development, and safeguarding processes.

As a Domestic Support Worker (Housekeeper), you’ll help keep our accommodation-based support services running smoothly by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You’ll work closely with staff and service users to create safe, comfortable, and uplifting spaces that promote wellbeing and dignity.
You’ll:
Clean and maintain communal areas and service users’ rooms to a high standard.
Support staff and service users in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene routines.

As a Handyperson, you’ll play a key role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll take pride in maintaining high standards across our accommodation services and helping to ensure that everyone who lives with us has a clean, secure, and comfortable environment.
You’ll:
Carry out general repairs and maintenance across multiple sites.
Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating tasks.
Undertake minor electrical work, such as changing light bulbs or securing fittings.
Identify and report larger issues requiring specialist attention.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Work closely with project staff and managers to prioritise and schedule tasks efficiently.
