We promote many groups within Just to boost wellbeing. This means different things to each of us which is why we have so many options. Mindfulness is a regular part of our days as it can help us to understand our moods better and give us ways to deal with difficult events.
Relaxation groups look at ways of us reducing our stress and anxiety. Finding ways to shake off the cares of the day and focus on yourself is an important part of this.
Our men’s and women’s groups give us a safe space to discuss how we are and are a positive way to combat loneliness and provide support from those who have had some similar life experiences.
