Physical Wellbeing

At Just we promote a wide range of activities to improve our physical health. This ranges from going out on a walking group to enjoy a local park with a cuppa and a chat afterwards to promoting smoking cessation and regular health check ups.

Just recognises that the lived experience service users have had may have made it difficult for them to manage their health safely and we work with service users to give the time and space for that to improve. We can support with requesting a medication review  and helping you plan what you want to say.

Gym membership is a great way to improve your health and we can support with getting this set up and regular attendance and motivation.
